project lust: AURORA
an abandoned water purification facility turned techno-strip-club.
this project started off as an end assignment for environments 1 at DAE. after taking more courses, i realised i adored the concept of my exam and decided to push it to its limits.

focusing on modular assets, a sci-fi feel and using quixel content, this project gave a nice introduction to Unreal Engine 5 and a pipeline that involves teammates.
after delving deeper into Unreal Engine 5’s capabilities in the course realtime fx, i revisited project lust: AURORA and completely redid it from the ground up.
i worked together with 4 teammates to share models, materials and blueprints within Unreal Engine 5. furthermore i worked with some dear friends to develop the graphic design of the poster present in the final and the background music in the presentation videos.
revisiting project lust: aurora
i’m still working on finishing pulling project lust: aurora from the ground up. there were a lot of mistakes i’d made in the first rendition that i wanted to get rid of, and there was also a lot more knowledge that i wanted to put into this project.
since it’s still under development, but you’ve taken the time to check it out, here are some sneak peaks!
